One of the most famous would be shock jock Howard Stern’s sidekick Robin Quivers. It is said that Robin lost over 70 pounds using the Master Cleanse concept. In Robin’s case, she has managed to adapt a new and healthy lifestyle that has continued to keep her slim and trim for many years now.
It’s important to note that you should always check with your doctor before embarking on a cleanse or the Beyonce Diet as side effects can include hunger pains, headaches, nausea, and other symptoms while your body is in the process of detoxifying.
